Tina Faris

Tina Faris (a.k.a. "The Bride") graduated Cum Laude ("with honor") from CSU, Chico in May of 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was awarded Psychology Student of the Year, the Lt. Rawlins Merit Award, and the Chico State Graduate Equity Fellowship. Tina is currently studying in the California State University, Chico School Psychology graduate program where she will graduate with a master's degree in Psychology, a credential in School Psychology and a credential in School Counseling.

Beyond her stellar academic credentials, Tina is a gifted listener, artist, actress, and guitar player with a huge heart and a radiant warmth that permeates her personality. She is well-traveled (Paris, Northern England, Belgium, etc.), an electronically published writer, and a lover of all things chocolate. She loves music, and has an eclectic taste that ranges from country to the Beatles to classical to modern British rock.

Tina is also a lover and trainer of dogs (German Shepherds in particular), and looks forward to the time when she and Tyler will have a house so that they can have deliriously cute and lovable puppies that grow into deliriously happy and lovable dogs.

Tina will receive her master's degree and credentials in spring of 2005, and hopes to secure a good position in a yet-to-be-determined school district doing what she loves to do: helping students be successful. Beyond that, the future as yet is of a soft focus. What is absolutely certain is that she is happy and excited to be marrying her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Tyler.
